Style, Simplicity, Sensibility… uniquely you. That’s the tagline for one of Charleston’s premiere event planning firms, Engaging Events. It was clear that their website could be more relevant and versatile. First launched in 2004, the Engaging Events website had served its purpose well for years, but it became clear that a re-vamping to newer technologies, better standards compliance, clearer communication and more ‘arresting’ design was worth the investment of time and money.

The existing site featured slideshows, testimonials, photo gallery and a simple interface. Overall, the visual impact was a little flat. |

The new design was much more approachable and inviting. It featured a clear nav menu, attractive slideshows, larger type, more focused content and better contrast, lightbox technology, contact form and more. The site also benefited from a wealth of great images from professional photographers in Charleston, South Carolina. |
